Q: Do you provide Tele-Health Services?
A: Yes. You may opt to receive therapeutic care by way of: our secure Zoom connection (for 25 or 50 minute session) or by telephone (recommended only for emergency 25 minutes sessions).
Q: I prefer to meet in person, but how are you protecting me during the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: Give Grace recognizes that the optimal way to provide therapeutic care, is in person. We are however aware, and sensitive to the health concerns that COVID-19 presents in this time. As a result we require that anyone on our premises wear a mask at all times, including your therapist. In addition, the therapeutic space will be sanitized in between each visit, to include seats, tables, and any items used for therapeutic purposes (pens, toys, crayons etc.).
Q: May I sit in on my child's therapy session?
A: Absolutely. Please keep in mind however, that at some point your child may be more willing to discuss particular issues outside of your presence. Discuss this with your therapist at your initial consultation so that you can be certain to optimize the success and results of your child's therapeutic care.
Q: What constitutes a family session?
A: An individual session becomes a family session once anyone other than the primary client participates in the session (e.g. spouse, sibling, parent, friend etc.).
Q: Do you accept Insurance?
A: Give Grace accepts serveral insurance providers and is also happy to connect you with grant funded resources if you need assistance paying for services. Please reach out to our Practice Manager for more details.
